Sara Green

Sara recently completed her Ph.D. at York University, with a focus on the history of education in North America. She brings a wealth of experience to her classroom, having taught and served as head administrator for a Christian Kindergarten to grade 6 school in Niagara, while raising her own children. She completed her M.A. in Religion, Culture, and Global Justice at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2017. Since that time, Sara has been teaching at the post-secondary level at Wilfrid Laurier University, York University, and Redeemer University. In 2023, Sara began supply teaching within the Wellington Catholic District School Board and area Christian schools, serving students from kindergarten to 12. Sara is passionate about nurturing her students’ growth in confidence, curiosity, and faith. She enjoys reading, writing, and exploring history and culture outside the classroom.
